Question Paper Format

Examination Structure:

Duration: The exam paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions to be solved in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Medium: Exam papers will be available in both Hindi and English.

Subject-wise Question Distribution:

Class XI-XII Science (PCM):

* Physics: 30 questions

* Chemistry: 30 questions

* Mathematics: 30 questions

* Mental Ability: 10 questions

* Total: 100 Questions

Class XI-XII Science (PCB):

* Physics: 30 questions

* Chemistry: 30 questions

* Biology: 30 questions

* Mental Ability: 10 questions

* Total: 100 Questions

Class X:

* Mathematics: 35 questions

* Science: 35 questions

* Social Studies: 10 questions

* English Grammar: 10 questions

* Mental Ability: 10 questions

* Total: 100 Questions

Class V to IX:

* Mathematics: 25 questions

* Science: 25 questions

* Social Studies: 20 questions

* English Grammar: 20 questions

* Mental Ability: 10 questions

* Total: 100 Questions

Scoring:

Unattempted Questions: No marks will be deducted for questions not attempted.

Correct Answers: Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks. Wrong Answers: 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Syllabus:

Content: Exam questions will be selected from the first 40% of the relevant NCERT syllabus for each subject and class.

Difficulty Level:
Phase 1: Moderate, suitable for both board and competitive examinations.
Phase 2: Moderate to difficult, suitable for both board and competitive examinations.

Modifications: The organizing committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the syllabus, question format, subject weighting, grading system, prizes, and scholarships at any point during the examination process.

Result Preparation

Ranking:

  • A. Class-wise Ranks: Ranks will be prepared from highest to lowest marks.
  • B. Tie-breaking: If two or more students have the same total marks, the rank will be determined by higher scores in the following order:


  • 1. Class XI-XII Science (PCM): Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

    2. Class XI-XII Science (PCB): Physics, Chemistry, Biology

    3. Class X: Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, English Grammar

    4. Class V to IX: Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, English Grammar
